Description: <DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><P STYLE="margin:7 0 7 0;"><SPAN><SPAN>This is a polyline feature class used to graphically represent the head scarp and internal scarps (if present) of a landslide using the methods described in </SPAN></SPAN><SPAN><SPAN>our lidar-based protocol (Slaughter and others, 2017).</SPAN></SPAN><SPAN> Only scarps visible in lidar derivative datasets are delineated with this feature class, and no scarps inferred from aerial/orthoimagery, field reconnaissance, or other techniques are included. This feature class is part of a larger landslide inventory dataset for Washington State. Lines in this feature class are related to polygons in the ‘Landslide Deposit’ and ‘Scarps and Flanks’ feature classes by using the LANDSLIDE_ID primary key field.</SPAN></P></DIV>
